Step 1. First of all open the Yono Lite SBI app in your phone. In this you will see the option of password, click on it. On clicking this you will get the option to fill the user name and password. If you have forgotten any of these two credentials then click on “Forgot Login Password”.
Step 2. After this you will see “Forgot My Login Password” in a space, click on it. You have to click on “Forgot Username” (if you have forgotten the username), then click on Next.

Step 3. Now you will be asked for CIF Number. Fill the CIF Number in the space there. CIF Number is given in your passbook/account statement. After this you have to choose your country. After selecting the country, enter your registered mobile number. Then fill the text present in the captcha image in the blank space, then click on Submit.
Step 4. After submission, an OTP will come on your mobile. Enter that OTP in the space and then click on Confirm.
After this your SBI Username will appear on the screen. In this way you can know SBI Username. The username never changes, although your password may change frequently.

The process to reset Yono Lite SBI app password is as follows:
Step 1. Now to recover the password, you will have to repeat the steps with the username again. You have to click on “Forgot Login Password” again. Here you will see “Forgot my Login Password”, select it and then click on “Next”.
Step 2. After this, enter your Username in the required place in the new page, then you have to enter the account number. After entering the account number, select country. In the next option enter your mobile number and then enter your date of birth. Then in the next step you have to fill the text which is visible in the image. After this click on Submit.
Step 3. Then an OTP will be sent from the bank to your mobile number. Enter this OTP in the box and click on Confirm.
Step 4. Then you will get three options on the screen. You will see three options: “Using ATM Card Details“, “Using Profile Password“, “Reset your login password with Branch activation“. If you have an ATM card then select the first option and if you have a profile password then select the second option. If you do not have the information related to the above two options, then click on the third option.
If you have information related to the first two options, then click on any one of these two options. For example, if you select the first option “Using ATM Card Details” then after selection you will have to click on the Submit button.
Step 5. After this you will see your ATM card and its details, select your card and click on Confirm.
Step 6. After this you will need to enter the ATM card details in the new page. Here you have to enter expiry date, year, card holder name and pin. Then you have to enter the text visible in the image in the blank space. You then click on Proceed.
Step 7. After this a page will open in which you will get the options of “Enter New Login Password” and “Confirm New Login Password”. You enter the same password in both these options. Then click on Submit button. Once you click, your Yono Lite SBI Password will be successfully reset.
