How to Register/Update Mobile Number in Punjab National Bank (PNB)

Let us tell you that till now no such facility has been provided by Punjab National Bank (PNB), through which you can register your mobile number sitting at home. Therefore, if you have opened your account in Punjab National Bank and you want to register your mobile number, then you can register your mobile number in these ways:

1. Register your Mobile Number by visiting Punjab National Bank Branch-

• First of all, go to your nearest Punjab National Bank branch.
• Go to the bank branch and inform the employee there about getting the mobile number registered.
• After this, the bank employee will give you a form to fill to register the mobile number.
• Fill up all the information asked in the form properly and also attach the required documents.
• After filling the form, submit it to the bank employee.
• Now the bank will start the process of your mobile number registration and your mobile number will be registered within 24 hours. Sometimes it may take more than 24 hours and the bank will inform you about the same.

2. Registering Mobile Number through ATM-

• First of all, go to the ATM and swipe your card.
• When you swipe your card, you will have the option to choose the language. Now choose the language as per your convenience.
• After choosing the language as per your convenience, you will see many options in which you will have to choose the registration option or click on other/more, which will give you the option of mobile number registration.
• Now click on the Update/Change mobile number option and then you will get the option to enter the mobile number.
• Now enter your mobile number there, which you want to register in Punjab National Bank account.
• When you enter your mobile number and submit, an OTP will come on your mobile phone, which will be 6 digits.
• After receiving the OTP, type this OTP in the OTP box on the ATM screen and click on Confirm.
• After this your mobile number will be registered between 12 to 24 hours.

3. Mobile Number Registration by calling PNB Helpline Number-

• First of all call the helpline number of Punjab National Bank.
• After making the call, you have to get the complaint raised about the mobile number.
• In the complaint, you have to inform that you are not able to register your mobile number by visiting your nearest bank branch or ATM.
• Now a form will be sent to your email ID by the bank employee.
• After this, download the sent form, take a print out of it and fill all the information asked in it properly. If photograph and signature are asked for, then fulfill those criteria properly.
• Now scan this form and mail it to the mail ID sent by the bank employee.
• In such urgent circumstances, by calling the helpline number of Punjab National Bank and raising the complaint, your mobile number will be registered within 72 hours.
